Anton Vincent Carifell

It is with heavy hearts that we mournfully announce the unexpected passing of Anton Vincent Carifell on August 13, 2025, in Peace River, Alberta.

Anton Vincent Carifell was raised by Marcella Carifell and Joe Letendre. As a child, Anton was bright and energetic, and he filled every room he walked into with light, love, and laughter.

Anton grew up surrounded by many family and friends, and he later went on to start a family of his own. Anton was always quick to put his kids, family, and friends before himself, no matter what. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends as a loving son, brother, father, friend, and much more.

Those left to cherish Anton's memory include his mother, Marcella Carifell; father, Joe Letendre; biological mother, Glenda Lamouche; biological father, Vernon Laboucan; brother, Joey Carifell; sisters, Jeannie Whitehead and Sheila Cunningham; his children, Aven, Ava, Avery, Anton Junior, and Mckenna; along with several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Anton is predeceased by his brother, Trevor Carifell; his best friend, Romeo Flett; and loved ones gone before him.

The family will be bringing our beloved Anton Carifell home to Cadotte Lake Saturday August 23rd, leaving Peace Valley Funeral Home at 4:00pm to Cadotte Lake School.

Anton's funeral will take place on Monday, August 25, at 1:00 p.m. at Cadotte Lake School.

Friends and family of Anton are more than welcome.
