Arleigh Wesley Hoover

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our brother Arleigh Hoover at the Sturgeon Hospital on February 5, 2024.

Arleigh is predeceased by his parents, Ray and Eva Hoover, a sister Eileen Basnett, and a baby brother, Jimmy.

Arleigh is survived by his three children; son Ryan, daughter Kelly, and son Jamie and their families. He is also survived by three sisters and five brothers: Laurence, Ken, Glen, Jean, Bonnie, Garry, Joanne, Laverne and their families.

Arleigh had a passion for woodworking and excelled in this. He spent the last part of his life living and working in Edmonton.

We would like to express our appreciation for all the care that Arleigh received from family, friends and medical staff, especially in the recent years of his declining health.

Interment will take place at Montagneuse Valley Cemetery #2, August 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.  Following the interment, there will be a lunch at 2:30 p.m., at the End of Steel Hines Creek Museum. The family welcomes you to share memories of Arleigh.
