Bernice Huldina Lungul

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Bernice Huldina Lungul (Rahn) on February 28, 2023 in the Fairview Hospital at 80 years old.

Bernice married at the ripe old age of 16 to Nick Lungul (deceased), on January 7, 1960. Giving birth to 3 children Laura Cloutier, Donna Lee, and Kevin Lungul. Her family grew to include 5 grandchildren, Brett Cloutier, Katherine King, Dawn Lee, Richard Broeckx, Kristine Lungul, and 7 great grandchildren, Braiden Nelson, Kyra Carruthers, Hailey King, Dexter Napier, Theoron Napier, Ainsleigh Morris, and Declan Morris Cloutier. She also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She is pre-deceased by her husband Nick Lungul, brother Ben Rahn, sister Ruth Hemmingson, her mother Huldina Jabs, and father Ernest Rahn. .

Bernice spent her later years gardening, listening to music, and looking after her dogs Tiny and Sandy.

A viewing will take place before the service from 11:30-12:30, the funeral service for Bernice will be held Monday, March 6th, 2023, at the Fairview Gospel Chapel at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue Association.
