Charles (Chuck) Robert Arcand

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chuck Arcand on Aug 18, 2021 in the Fairview hospital after a yearlong battle with cancer, at the age of 59.

A longtime resident of Fairview Chuck made friends easily; his cheerful smile, unending jokes followed by his laughter made everyone feel at home and welcomed, he worked at CNRL and was an active member of the Fairview Fire department and with St. Thomas Moore parish as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Chuck will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Chuck is survived by his family:

Wife Maribel, his 6 Children, Richard (Amanda), Kristopher (Brittany), Pearlie, Collin, Demaya, and Aren, his Grandson Leland.

His Siblings Michael Carriere (Jane), Sherry Metcalf, Jeannine Wood, Roger (Leona) Arcand, Brian (Tina) Arcand, his many nieces and nephews.

Prayer service: Thursday August 26, 2021, 7:00 pm St. Thomas More Parish in Fairview, Alberta

Funeral Mass: Friday August 27th, 2021, 10:00 am St. Thomas More Parish in Fairview, Alberta

Burial will follow the lunch and take place at the Grande Prairie Cemetery. ( 84 Avenue and 112 street aprox.)
