We are heartbroken to announce that Charlie (Chub) McCracken of Manning Alberta passed away, surrounded by his family, at the Mazankowski heart institute in Edmonton on February 16,2022 at the age of 72.
Chub was a people person. His greatest love was his family, his wife Judi, his children and his grandchildren. He spent many hours, first with Shawn, Todd, Greg, and Kayla and later with Ketch, Kendall, Kade, Braxton, Beckett, Brookes and Hayes. Watching hockey, baseball, 4-H, chuckwagons, hunting, side by side rides, teaching the older ones to drive, shut a gate and help a new born calf. If any member of his family was involved he wanted to be there.
We will miss him dearly.
He is predecessed by his parents James and Pauline McCracken, his older sister Dolores Brennan, niece Shelly Brennan, nephews Drayton, Nolan, Jeremy Brennan, mother in law Avis May, Brother in laws Doug May and Darrell Reynolds and sister in law Marilyn McCracken.
He is survived by his Wife Judi,
children
Shawn-Mindy and Ketch

Kayla-Kenton, Brooks and Hayes
A Celebration of life will be held at the Battle River Ag hall in Manning on February 24 at 2pm.
