It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson, uncle, and cousin, Colton Poitras-Chalifoux.
Colton was the twin brother of Cole and 3rd sibling of his 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He was a happy go lucky man with a kind and gentle soul. Colton enjoyed playing sports, loved hunting, and took a great interest in learning more about his native culture. He was very family orientated and loved his family with his entire heart and soul.
Colton leaves behind parents, Clifford Chalifoux, and Brandee Poitras, siblings, Tori (Brandon), Cole, Lakeisha (Craig), Clifford Jr., Markus (Kayleigh), Niece Lilah, Grandpa’s David, and Edwin, numerous uncles, aunts, beloved cousins, and many of their children he considered as his nieces, and nephews.
He is pre-deceased by nephew Cameron Joseph, grandmas Martha and Emma, uncles Earl, August, Darryl, aunties Edna and Lynda, great-grandma Christina (Grandma with the candies), and numerous great grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral for Colton will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at the Keg River Community Hall at 2 PM. Burial to follow at the Keg River Cemetery.
