Darren Nicholson Grant Radbourne passed away suddenly on September 27, 2022, one month shy of his 46th birthday.
Darren fully lived out his 45 years, experiencing more adventure than most people see in a lifetime. He was known to be a talented architect and musician, but his greatest contributions were displayed through the deep friendships he established. Never afraid to try something new, Darren’s talents were demonstrated through his involvement in the arts, gardening, sports, and community projects. Beyond all these, Darren’s life clearly reflected a love for humankind, a deep desire to see those around him flourish, and a drive to make the world a better place.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Amy van Keeken; parents Dennis and Merel Radbourne; siblings Corrie (Paul) Fraser, Jenn (Dave) Dolsky, Kajle (Natasha) Radbourne; in-laws Dan and Debbie VanKeeken, Joel (April) VanKeeken, Thyra VanKeeken (Myron McClelland); and many extended family and friends. Darren’s legacy will live on in the lives of his very special nieces and nephews (Jamin, Kallie, Kaden, Camryn, Ava, Izzy, Eden, Nora, Owen, Elliot, Evelyn, Alithea, Finn, Lincoln, Silas, and Clara) as well as countless other kids who had the joy of knowing “Uncle D”.
