Floyd Alvin Stromstedt

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Floyd Alvin Stromstedt. 

Floyd was born to John and Sadie Stromstedt in Peace River on April 23, 1939. A few years later, he was joined by brother Bert, and the family grew up on a farm outside of Berwyn, AB. While working in Southern Alberta, Floyd met and married Karen. Together they raised two children, Cameron and Carla. 

Floyd is survived by his wife Karen, his son Cam (Gaytane); their children Erik, Kelsey, and Austin; his daughter Carla, her son Kyson; brother Bert (Louise); and numerous nieces and nephews. 

There will be no service as Floyd's wishes were to be cremated and flown over the Peace Valley one final time.
