James (Jim) Fox Sr.

Jim Fox Sr. of Fairview, Alberta peacefully passed away in Peace River Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the age of 85. 

Jim's working life was dedicated to the automotive industry and farming. He was well known for his active participation in sports. Jim excelled in curling, baseball, and golf. He is survived by his loving wife Janet, of 64+ years, sister Peg (Peter) Becher, son Jim Jr. (Karen); daughter Susan (Raymond) and grandchildren Greg, Robin, Khalin, Dallas, Chara, Samantha, Nicole, Lisa, Shaun & Tristan, along with 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Jim was predeceased by his daughters Mary and Debbie. 

A service will be held at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church April 2, 2024 at 11:00 am.. Memorial donations can be made in Jim's honour to your preferred charity.
