Robert Schulz

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Robert Schulz announces his passing peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 84 on May 4, 2022, in Fairview.

Robert was born in Michelsdorf, Poland in 1938 to Sigesmund and Lydia Schulz. He came to Canada in 1956 as a young man of eighteen. His adventuring spirit gave him the drive to try a variety of jobs but his passion for farming led him to buy land near Hines Creek, where he met his love, Loretta. They farmed until they retired in 2005.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Loretta, daughters Robbie Seabrook (Mike), Reece, Sydney, Mona Kobbert (Darryl), Jordan (Nicole), Ashton (Dakota), Byran (Talese), Kaiden, his son Donald (Cherie), Fallon, Braylon, Britney (Tony), Jordyn (Cesar), Jamie, Chad (Cass). Great grandkids Karlee, Charli, and Nixon. His sisters Martha Schroter and Lydia Pillekamp, and many nieces and nephews.

He is pre-deceased by his parents Sigesmund and Lydia Schulz, his brothers Rudolf, Adolf, Otto, and his sister Elsa Thieme.

A Memorial Service for Robert will take place at the Dave Shaw Memorial Complex in Hines Creek, Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 2 PM. For those that are unable to attend the service, a video will be added here at a later time.
