Shawna Lynn Shannon

Shawna Shannon of Peace River, Alberta peacefully passed away at the Peace River Hospital, on January 20, 2025, at the age of 63, surrounded by her loving family.

Shawna is survived by her husband Thomas; daughter Pam; sons Clinton (Sherry) and Bradly; grandchildren Samantha, Morgan, Tyler, Robbie and Mandy; brothers Kelly and Pierre father, Ivan.

She was predeceased by her mother Caroline.

Although born in Camrose, Alberta, she spent most of her adult life in Northern Alberta being a wife, mother, grandmother, volunteer and business manager.

One of her favorite hobbies was sewing as well as many types of crafts. Shawna also enjoyed reading, gardening, travelling, hockey and doing many things with her grandchildren, family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Peace Valley Funeral Home 8002-102 Avenue Peace River, AB on January 31 2025 at 1:00 pm. For those unable to join please click here for the livestream link.
